  • Architected a React integration strategy that allowed new features to ship inside existing ASP.NET Web Forms applications.

  • Modernized the product into a WinUI 3 application with calibration-aware tools, project workflows, export, and DirectShow camera support.
  • Architected ASP.NET Core services for organization licensing, seat management, signed offline leases, customer/admin portals, and Stripe billing.
